			ServSafe
The ServSafe program offers industry-recognized food safety training, exams, and educational materials for foodservice managers.
Washington state requires every restaurant have at least one Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM). In partnership with ServSafe, Washington Hospitality Association offers in-person and blended classes around the state, as well as online and private group classes. All fulfill state requirements.
Washington Hospitality Association members receive a 15% discount on CFPM courses.
